Ran a quick analysis of stats on approval of visas post endorsement. Runs roughly at 80%, although the trend is negative.

Out of country first time post endorsement success rates seem to run higher than 95%, although I have not pulled that data to verify.

I suppose because in-country switches carry a bit more baggage of past immigration history that has to be checked.
