Hi everyone,

I’m preparing for the UK Innovator Founder visa and looking for advice from anyone who has successfully obtained an endorsement. I’m currently preparing the business plan and supporting documents.

Could anyone share advice on:

• Business plan structure/content
• Financial model requirements
• Documents/evidence you submitted
• How you demonstrated innovation, viability and scalability
• Any tips or common mistakes to avoid

If anyone has a redacted sample business plan, financial model, checklist, or application questions, I’d really appreciate it purely for reference.
