Hello everyone. Thank you in advance for your kind replies.

I applied on January 14th and received an email from UKES on January 15th stating that my application was under review. The email mentioned a response time of 21 business days, and today is the 15th business day. I applied from outside the UK — do you think this is normal? Should I be worried?

For those who have gone through this process before, what is the average response time?
