What to include

  1. Which board it belongs in — Endorsement, Business Plan, Initial Application, Contact Point Meetings, Extension, Settlement/ILR, or General.
  2. A clear title, phrased as the question you want answered.
  3. The background — your stage, your endorsing body, relevant dates, and what you have already checked.
